Which online stock broker account should I sign up for?

I am 15 and looking to open an online brokerage account where I can buy/sell stocks. I am looking for a broker that has none or very little minimum requirements in regards with how much money you have to put into your account to open it. I have seen accounts that only let you open them for 10K… My range is $0.00-$200.00. I am also looking for an online brokerage where there are NO hidden fees and each trade costs somewhere from $0.00-$10.00 MAX.

Thank you and please help!

Which online stock broker has the shortest period for settling funds after a trade?

I currently use Scottrade which as a whole I like because of its simplicity. I trade with a cash account and Im not interested in getting involved with a margin account or anything like that. I like to keep things simple.

A very limiting factor with Scottrade is the 3 days you need to wait until your funds settle after selling a stock. You can buy again but you cant sell until the funds have been settled. (well you can but you arnt supposed to)

Are there other brokers with a shorter settling period?

Which lawyer do I use to get money back from crooked stock broker?

recieved a call a couple of months ago, May 5, from someone at BasicInvestors in New York telling me to buy a stock call Agfeed, cymbol FEED. They told me it would double in two months because it is the biggest company in China. The stock has lost half it value. The broker insists that I buy more on margin to ‘double down’ then the stock went down again and I got a margin call and was told I had to sell some shares. I did that and I recieved another call telling me I had to sell more share, which I did. Then I got a letter that said the clearing house had sold me out. I was basicaly charged three times commission to sell shares that I was talked into buying. I have lost half my money and this broker keeps telling me to buy more.

I call FINRA and they say they look into it. I started looking for lawyer and found the lawyers Shepherd Smith & Edwards, LLP have a whole page about the crooks at Basic Investors and even have Basic Investors Complaint and Legal Claims Center.
They say that Basic Investors of NY was fined $25,000
